The pageant is conducted under three categories: Miss MEDGALA, Mrs MEDGALA and Mr MEDGALA.

No. MEDGALA is open to the entire medical and healthcare fraternity including doctors, dentists, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, healthcare entrepreneurs, medical students and other eligible healthcare professionals.

Complete the online registration form, pay the registration fee, and our screening team will review your application. Shortlisted participants will be contacted for the next stage.

No. Registration allows you to enter the selection process. Finalists are shortlisted based on eligibility and evaluation by the MEDGALA selection panel.

Finalists receive professional grooming, personality development sessions, stage training, photoshoots, rehearsals, branding opportunities and participation in the Grand Finale.

Yes. The MEDGALA Awards and MEDGALA Pageant are two separate segments. You may register for the Pageant, apply for Awards, or participate in both, subject to eligibility and selection criteria.

Yes. International healthcare professionals may apply. Additional travel, visa and participation requirements may apply.

Yes. Male healthcare professionals can participate under the Mr MEDGALA category.

Yes. Eligible participants and finalists will receive official participation certificates. Winners and award recipients will receive trophies and certificates.

No. All payments made towards registration or participation are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes. Subject to the category guidelines, individuals and organisations may nominate deserving healthcare professionals or institutions.

Yes. Eligible participants may apply for both the MEDGALA Awards and the MEDGALA Pageant.

Applications and nominations are reviewed by an independent jury panel based on category-specific evaluation criteria, achievements, impact and supporting information.

Depending on the category, applicants may be asked to submit professional profiles, achievements, certifications, photographs, supporting documents or other relevant information.

Yes. Winners will receive an official MEDGALA trophy and certificate during the awards ceremony.

Yes. Selected award categories are open to hospitals, clinics, healthcare startups, institutions and healthcare organisations.

Yes. Previous winners may apply again provided they meet the eligibility requirements of the respective category.

Yes. All decisions made by the MEDGALA jury are final and binding.

No. Application and nomination fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Winners will be announced during the official MEDGALA Awards Ceremony at the Grand Finale.
